After the hustle and bustle of work, the homeowners long to rest with a cup of coffee and settle their minds in the breezy and wavy-designed coziness.

Essentially, we curated an open floor plan to satisfy the hope for a spacious living space. Incorporated glass windows and sliding doors, an airy and agreeable appeal allows a transparent view for the residents and guests from any corner. Meanwhile, we arrange dual traffic flows individually to the living room and dining room from the entryway based on the joint planning of the two apartments. In addition, the master bedroom and elderly parents' room are curated at the two ends of the home, and the independent spaces enhance free and private lifestyles.

By using neutral colors with pops of blue that the home lady is fond of, the project presents natural seaside characteristics. Besides, we adopted various textured details, such as nifty wall moldings, the wood TV stand painted with marble grains, and marble flooring, to infuse a touch of American style. The veining patterns reflect a distinctive coastal design complementing soothing hues.

In the entryway, a large shoe cabinet and a smart steam closet separately on both sides are adequate for the homeowners' requirements for hosting guests. Next, we installed flushed doors in the living room and study room to hide a closet and a storage room, and the manners serve sufficient functions and a neat appearance. In the kitchen, built-in furniture with magnetic enamel panels makes easy access to cooking tools placed on the wall. Besides, a lighting control system facilitates convenient management according to the large footprint. As a result, it is a perfectly functional resident accomplishment.
